Shutishuti Patisserie is dedicated to showcase the best local and seasonal produce. What we have at our door step, sparks our creativity to dessert creation. We let the produce lead our way to think about flavour combinations that will make you come back for more.
We use fruits when they taste the best, pick and forage when things are at high season. We preserve and use our fresh fruit purées, juices and jams in our desserts. All our garnishes for cake decorating are also completely natural and made from scratch.
We are proud to source produce from small organic farms and small holders around York. Most of our ingredients are organic such as our eggs and vegetables from Fadmoor and Goodness Growing via Food Circle York. Berries from Balloontree Farm, Abundance York and from small holders. Butter, milk, cream from Acorn Dairy, Flour from Shipton Mill via Haxby Bakehouse. We use locally grown organic edible flowers from Ducks & Daffodils.
