Order via the order form below.
We require 7 working days notice on your cake order. When we have received your enquiry, we will send you your invoice with the full amount and bank details. The full payment is required upfront via BACs. Your cake will only be put on bake schedule when the payment has reached us. Thank you for your understanding.
Collection
Preordered items can be collected Wednesday- Saturday. We regret we can’t offer delivery at the moment.

The Birthday Cake
Our classic cake is a soft textured cream cake consists of two fluffy genoise sponges sandwiched and with your choice of filling, and coated with your choice of cream. If you need assistance wiht flavour pairings, please let us know in the order form below.
Decoration may differ from the one on the photo.
Choose 1 outer icing and 1-2 fillings (one filling included in the price, two fillings +£5)
All our jams are made in house with a hight fruit to low sugar ratio and set with pectin and agar. They taste fresh and zingy.

Milk Chocolate - Hazelnut Rocher Cake
A soft chocolate-hazelnut sponge cake, spread with a hazelnut praline cream and a runny praline rippled through. The cake is coated in milk dark- milk chocolate glaze and hazelnut nibs, finished with whipped milk chocolate cream and chocolate shards.

Medovik - honey layer cake
If you have a soft spot for layer cakes, for a kind that has many skinny layers, here is one for you. This cake is famous in Russia and well known in Eastern Europe where many different versions are known. Our version consists of six layers of pastry soaked with local raw honey which then layered up with lightly sweetened cream and yogurt filling. The components of this cake creates an irresistible soft texture which is delicately sweet and tangy at the same time. The cake is embellished with honeycomb crunch, seasonal petals and bee pollen.

Carrot Cake
Our carrot cake is made with local whole wheat for a very tasty soft crumb. We add orange zest and a blend of spices then the sponges are sandwiched with carrot halwa (carrots cooked in milk with cardamom and sugar) which makes this cake a truly carrot tasting carrot cake. We finish the cake with cream cheese icing with a distinct ruffled look.

Opera Cake
Three thin layers of walnut/almond joconde sponge layers with espresso soak, alternating silky coffee buttercream and chocolate ganache layers. Finished with cacao nibs, raw cacao powder, tempered chocolate shards.

PLUMS AND BERRIES (Sept - October)
This cake is using the best of the season local plums and hedgerow berries. Made in the style of a French strawberry cake with fruit slices decorating the edge of the cake. Consists of two layers of genoise sponge sandwiched with creme mousseline, damson spread, fresh plums and berries, pure fruit glaze on the top.
Suitable for vegetarians.
