Eszter Takacs is an artist turned freelance pastry chef, currently based in York, UK.
After studying Fine Art in Hungary and London, she trained on the pastry sections of various fine dining establishments and bakeries in London, Cornwall and Yorkshire.
She founded Shutishuti* Patisserie (*süti, Hungarian word for cake) to create witty reinterpretations of Central European Classics.
She makes bespoke celebration cakes and works with speciality coffee shops in York.
